Admissions and referrals

We are incredibly proud of the high standard of our services and this begins as soon as you contact us with a referral. We recognise the different degrees of urgency and are able to react as necessary to each individual’s needs, whether immediate or requiring longer term planning. Each referral and assessment will be professionally managed with respect and skilled therapeutic input to ensure our support has taken into account all areas of an individual’s needs.

As a result we are able to offer varying levels of support accommodation dependent on individuals’ needs and wishes. We are able to offer self-contained flats, shared housing and 24-hour staff availability. We also provide an on-call number for emergencies outside office hours.

We support people who

At Moreways Healthcare we provide support to people who have either a learning disability, people with complex challenging needs and / or a mental health diagnosis.

We also support people with a range of other needs including epilepsy, physical disabilities and associated health needs.

Self-referral

Clients are able to refer themselves into our service if they are using personal funds to pay for treatment.

Residential services

We can offer you or your family member a range of supported living services either within individual services or within multi–person schemes.

We currently have a range of supported living services across North London
We are expanding provision into other London Boroughs, working with housing providers and Registered Social Landlords to develop bespoke supported living properties.
We will work at the referral stages to explore the best housing option for you or your family member – ensuring you are fully involved in picking the right home to suit your needs.

Our focus

The principal focus of all support we offer is based on the ethos of ‘Positive Behaviour Support’ and ‘Person Centred Active Support’. Working with people to learn new skills, enable better communication and ultimately become more independent.
